Wensleydale Fresh Organic Pomegranates (one fruit/ portion)
The seeds can be used in salads, juiced, dried for trail mixes and spices or made into delicious syrups eg. Grenadine. Pomegranates are a source of Vitamin C, K , Folate and Dietary Fibre.
How to peel:
1.Cut off the crown of the pomegranate.
2.Make 4 evenly-spaced cuts into the skin, from top to bottom.
3.Soak the pomegranate in cold water and pull it apart into quarters.
4.Run your fingers through the quarters to separate the seeds.
5.Eat the seeds, sprinkle them over food, or add them to a recipe.
