All About Lebneh
The primary ingredient in labneh, the yogurt. It's used raw as an accompaniment to breakfast or as a snack with fruit and it can be stirred into cooked dishes instead of sour cream or milk.
The farm is not run on a large commercial basis and are very hands on with their daily routine. All of their products are farmed using Organic Principles as far as possible.
