Wensleydale Dehydrated Vegetables Assorted
Dehydrated vegetables retain most of the nutritional value of the fresh vegetable. The reason for this is that the vegetables are dehydrated by using an air-drying process that gently evaporates the water from the product.
You can use the dehydrated vegetables in soups and stews as is or you can rehydrate them by soaking them for 1-2 hours or by simmering them for 10-15 minutes in 2 parts water to 1 part veg.
