Our wheatgrass powder is essentially gluten free as the grass is harvested within 4-5 weeks after sowing, well before the flowering starts which is the process before the gluten-containing wheat berries form. The wheat flowering starts at 7-8 weeks after sowing and then after 2-4 weeks of flowering, the wheat berries start.
